Refund policy

The Rob & Bob Guarantee

30 days to love it, or we make it right.

Refunds and size swaps are available for 30 days from your original purchase date. After that window, we can't offer either. A replacement doesn't restart or extend the 30 days.

Not feeling it? Full refund.

If you don't love your Rob & Bob Bike Run 2026 shirt for any reason, we'll refund you. No need to send it back. Keep it, donate it, or pass it along to a fellow rider.

Wrong size? We'll send the right one.

Tell us the size you need (S to 3XL) and we'll ship a replacement shirt in that size. You don't need to return the original.

How to reach us

Email rastingo18@yahoo.com within 30 days of your purchase. Include your order number and let us know if you'd like a refund or a size swap. For a swap, tell us the size you want.

If we ever need an item sent back, we'll email you a free prepaid return label.
